I've received enquires on whether Smoke effects or gimmick can be used.

Considering that there are ways in which a smoke effect can be achieved without using fire or spark, we have decieded that it can be allowed.

I've updated the rules above. Pls see the last rule at the bottom to see the rule requirement.
