like to enquire if anyone knows where to buy UV/black light bulb? I got some Ellusionist cards and read all about the UV coating but I dont have UV light.
Can't see the true beauty of those cards. :o

After some searching, I found a shop local here that sold small uv touch light, about 4-5cm length and 1cm diameter. Cost is less S$10. you can search the location of the shop from yahoo auction.
maybe you can check out some pet shops? those selling fish? cos they have and use UV light in fish tanks :)
or order one of those invisible ink pen from amazon, which includes a small uv light.
