Hello everyone,
I'm Vincent from northern Johor, currently studying at the University of Bristol in the UK.
I've been in magic for nearly a year, but still am completely blur about most things, which is good as it enables me to still be awed by everyone else I know haha.
I've had four voluntary gigs so far and haven't fared too badly. My repertoire is strictly limited to ACR ending in a card to wallet, a card sandwich effect, sponge bunnies and am currently learning gadabout coins. I might consider going into ropes as well. Well I can perform sufficiently with my limited repertoire as I perform close-up only, and to one small group at a time, so it normally doesn't take more than 3-5 minutes per group.
I limit my knowledge of tricks I do because I prefer to just try and do something properly and also it must suit my personality, which is light-hearted jokingly. I only do stuff that can be done in my hands, preferably without a setup or gimmick and is entertaining, not puzzling, hence no puzzling effects e.g. pay attention. Feel free to recommend any card/coin/rope/sponge tricks you know that suit my picky criteria haha.
Nice meeting you guys, hope this gives enough info for an introduction.
