The Children Cancer Foundation has an event this coming 1st of Jan for the children.
Understandably this is a very difficult date but I will "very most likely" be doing it so if anybody wanna join me it will be a great way to break in the new year. B)

Date: 1 Jan 2005
Venue : Civil Service College(?), Walking distance from Bona Vista MRT
Time : 6:00 pm. 2 Performance slots (6:30 - 7pm) (8:15 - 8:45pm)
Type : Walk around close-up
Target : Children beneficaries

There is a main performance going on that day, so we are the slot fillers for the in betweens. The event is a party for the children.

Morphine & I were quite afraid that no one would want to volunteer for this one because it's on New Year's Day. I'm REALLY GLAD to see so many Saints here in SMC voluntering already.

Once CCF gets back with more info, we'll post it up ASAP. Really hope to get a warm response from you guys... I'm sure the kids would really LOVE you for it! :lol:

I'm sure you'll do a good job there Mabas ^_^ All you need is a willing heart and patience to entertain. Experience cannot be bought, only learnt ;) You can perform some simple tricks besides ACR (idiot proof Key card tricks for instance).

Just a note thou. Anybody interested in coming and just hanging out with us is very welcome to. But if you have specified that you are just chilling, try to refrain from performing even when you realise that the rest of us are really lousy B)
Reason being that we dun wanna "scare" the organising body that there are suddenly a few strange people mixing into the performers and they have no idea who they are. Just a security thingie :)

It's really great to see so many of you volunteering for this event. I was absolutely convinced that I will have to do this event alone when I heard about the date :) You guys are fabulous man!
