Hey everybody,
Another month's gone by - gosh as it been that fast? - and SMC's holding yet another gathering for OLD blood AND NEW blood! :)
If you've been dying to meet your peers in magic, this is the best time to show up. You don't have to perform (though chances are, once you see the number of people performing, you will be itching to go too!) just come and mingle and have fun!
Venue Details:
Date: 25th August 2007, Saturday
Venue: Delifrance @ Toa Payoh Public Library
Time: 2:30pm till LATE.

OH YEAH - You can buy your tickets to LEDGERDEMAIN - A CONTEST OF MAGIC first at this gathering! We did a tally and found that there are limited number of tickets... grab them early to avoid disappointment!
Keep in mind the following points:
1) YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PERFORM - There is no need for anyone to perform; the purpose of such gatherings is just to chill out and meet everyone. If you like, you can do a couple of effects here and there! We don't want you to be deterred from coming by just because you feel you will be obligated to perform.
2) You don't need to be a PRO or a NOOB. It is open to ANYONE FROM THE FORUM. Don't worry if you're pro or not - just come and have a good time!
3) It's FREE - you only pay for what you order.
4) If you would like to join SMC but can't sign up because you don't have a paid account, come by and be verified in person!
5) You can bring friends who are into magic and would like to join the forum, but please do not bring your lay friends - it's not a free show for laymen.

aww. I'm going to give this gathering a miss again.
Examinations is on the week after that, need to strive harder in order to pass my modules.

Contestants who made the auditions, do come by for this gathering if you wish to purchase extra tickets or get feedback on your performances - we'll have a video of your own performance ready for you to pick up if you want it (do bring your own CDRW disc to get the footage). Don't worry; no charge! LOL
And finalists, you can come by and make the final payment ($10) and pick up your additional complimentary ticket.
