hmmm.... penguin magic's customer service dept is pretty reliable. they respond fast and are generally nice guys. i believe you must have purchased a great deal of other things from them before? that's to your 'advantage' as it's more likely they'd believe a repeat customer than say, a new one.
anyways... i'm quite positive they'll send you a new one soon... it's so cheap for them!!! i have a b2bomber too but was kinda disappointed with the quality of the materials. hmmm. still, sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. *sayang sayang*

not sure if it's actually accurate but in the penguin magic forum, some customers actually praised the customer service team for their generousity... PM actually sent b2bomer sets in replacement for a cracked cap, or if the tip fell of (meaning by accident- customer's fault, not via delivery)... so i was pretty impressed somewhat <grin>
ren, hope u get your b2bomber soon! :-)

see! told u those guys are nice ;-) the production cost is so low, no pt for them losing a repeat customer. u know, u could perform some routines with the b2bomber for the childrens charity event... so join in ok? i'm a newbie too but i think it's be a GREAT experience to do this with you guys *BIG GRIN*

The original pen is by Doug Edwards "Wunder-PenTration". The pen is similar to our Kilometrico and comes with a gaffed coin. The price is not cheap though, that's why they have rip-offs.
