Shufi - You earned your place in the finals man - your act was good. Anyway, I'm on the organising team; we agreed when we started that the mods will not take part - we're all too noob.

Even then, I doubt I'd take part... :P I'm not very competitive to begin with - unless there's money involved in some game. Jack owes me a poker game I think. Hahaha.

Zian - Nothing big planned yet... Just playing around for now. I a few calls for a demo vid, so I just hammered something together. I'm not a pro so the video is purely functional. As for cardshark.sg, it's just a calling card for now. I'm looking to migrate the server before I decide what to do with it.

Just a small inquiry, isn't that thumb a little too "on the corner" while you're doing your deuces? And I feel that the thumb is kind of stiff, is that intended?

Btw, is cardshark.sg up? It does not seem to be when I tried getting to it.

It's a dead-hand second. It's meant to be stiff - the thumb doesn't move so the illusion is created that there's no way to take ANY other card BUT the top. I only use this for magic and exhibitions. There're quite a number of techniques out there - and I don't discuss techniques of any kind on open forums.

Anyway, I've seen your deal - it's also very good.

Anyway, I think it's a common misconception that cheats rely on sleight of hand so they don't play the game well. I won't elaborate too much on this - do your own research and you'll see the only ones that stay in the game are the ones that play VERY well.

Ya, a very good example is one of the derren brown series where he teaches an old lady the psycology and body reading in order for her to win in the texas poker.

The lady came up second out of all the good players in the table. No sleights of hand from that lady of course.. LOL
