u can get them in mani places eg. golden landmark or shaw towers, can also get them from ppl like cyn :P

Btw if u go to NTUC or 711 ...if i not wrong they sell bee , aladin and bridge size bicycle. ^_^

Now, to tell you where to get them. Carrfour, Giant and bicycle shops, they sell bicycles. Most of them sell mountain bikes but you can find BMX too. ;)
