When I received this item, honestly, I have to say this is a really clever, clever well-made effect. You placed a bill of any denomination in a piece of paper, and proceed to fold both of them into half. You will wipe out the penknife and push the penknife through the bill and paper together! In fact, the audience can see that the penknife has really pierced through the bill and the paper B). Lastly, in one swift motion, slash the penknife across, and you can clearly show that the paper in being tore apart by the penknife, however, the bill is intact!

Well, the penknife is gimmicked, but you still can show the penknife front and back, no one is going to spot the gimmick. In fact, the audience is staring at the gimmick without realising it's there! One way to end clean is maybe, after showing the bill is intact; you can put away the penknife, and proceed to perform other money effect, e.g. nightshades, etc.

It's a very, very practical and workable little magic effect that I ranked as good as misled. I remember I saw the demo on Elmwood magic. You will definitely enjoy performing this ^_^
