mine does after i use them for a while :P

most cards expand in thickness after a while...exceptions are tally-ho circle backs and ramblers  ... circle backs expand, but not too much while ramblers are waterproof... therefore they do NOT expand.
there is no way to prevent them from expanding... try to keep them compressed in a card clip to slow down the expansion. i find that tally-hos fan backs expand like crazy... after a few weeks of use, they get stuck in the box...
I hope this helps...

Actually, when i went to australia i got a full plastic deck,[ costs a bomb of $13aus] and its transparent. Not sure whether sg has such cards, they are thin and like plastic sheets and i hav seen auzzys fan them. Not sure whether you guys wanna get those. I personally haven opened mine so i also not sure.

Bloat: To cause to swell up or inflate, as with liquid or gas.
how to prevent cards from bloating? stop putting your cards in water.

Is your hand is the wet type..I mean easy to perspire maybe it is the cause of the bloating.

perspiration and oils from our hands will cause the cards to bloat over time, even if u dun have sweaty palms... can be quite irritating sometimes
iewgnod - January 1, 2005 09:05 AM (GMT)

ramblers...sadly are out of production...i sold them off long ago and do not have them now... they are waterproof cause the AC is kinda more plastic-y and the edges are friggin gilded... this makes them much more stiff than the usual decks... but after breaking in, they are heavenly to flourish with...
