My nick is Kevin because my parents gave me that name for my birthday 16 years ago, and it means a lot to me. Talk about sentimentalistanicisminiziaxation.

Anyways, my nick on the other forums is mredux/mr3dux. Here's how it went:

The first magic forum I ever joined was Cheaterscheaters, back in October 2003. During that time, I was reading up on Lorayne/Lucas' book, "The Memory Book". I loved the systems involved, which were called Mnemonics, and I wondered why the route memory system was more widely used that these easy methods. I mean, the ABC is a mnemonic... using a familiar tune to help you remember all the letters in order. Ingenius, huh? I wanted mnemonics to make a comeback, so I typed in the "username" box:

MnemonicaRedux

Sounds really cool, huh? Turns out that no one could really spell it on the forums. "Like Mnemonoreducks said..." "I think PneumoniaRedux's video was awesome"

So I shortened it to Mredux. Sometimes, it's mr3dux, in 1337 lingo. Turns out that now people call me "Mr three ducks". Not as cool as I first intended MnemonicaRedux to be.

So, I stuck to Kevin in the end. Short, Sweet, easy to remember, sounds sexy. Now the only problem are you dumbasses out there who spell it "kelvin". Now that REALLY pisses me off. Burr.

Redefine came from my slogon "Redefining Your Magicial Experience"

This slogon has been with me for 6 years already..it was though out by a good friend of mine Johan, who is an extremely good close up magician, dunno if any one here knows him... I love that slogon alot and it has been my trademark for many years..should have copyrighted it as now Canon has the "Redefining your printing experience" haha..

Redefine is also the name of my first Theater Show. It simply means transformation. And think its a cool word that can be associated to magic or theater. ;)

BTW, I was not born with the name Jeremy, In fact my first few years marketing my own shows from 97 to bout 98 , I am marketed as my dialect name Pei Bing Xian..hahaha..Jeremy was given by the late great "Tan Bah Chee" , or rather i also had the thought of this name before, but its really him that got me started using this name...It was a blessing...last year I just got a deed poll done and now i am certified JEREMY PEI!!!!whahaha :lol:

Black = Colour seem most magicans wear, black and whiite.
