Just a penny of my thought. Why don't the organizer invite dealer to the competition? It will make the event a whole bigger. I guess it's too late now.

Did thought of that but the cafe management is extremely uncomfortable with that for some tacky administrative reasons. Finally was unable to negotiate out of it and since it's our 1st time doing this with them i thought we'd be nice...

Maybe if we can solve this venue problem better the next time round...
