Title: The Card Magic Of Nick Trost

I heard it's being reprinted from LLPub and there's a $10 discount if you pre-order. Anyway, will this reprint affect the prices of the first edition? They were going for like 100 plus on ebay.

I got mine for $90. I think nobody would be foolish to buy this book from ebay.

It was the 2 japan books at first and now this. Sigh, economics has proven its existence again, even in the magic community. -_-

Woah 90 bucks! Still quite a lot but at least you got the first edition..I guess the company saw the potential for big bucks since those books were selling like mad. There are also other reprints like Carneycopia and the Vernon Chronicles Vol. 2 and 4.

Eh, I got a question to ask you, there is minimal sleights but are there a lot of setups? Thanks.

There are also impromptu ones. The setup tricks ranged from a few cards to half a deck and even a whole deck setup (Si Sebbins stack).

There are also a few clever ones that are based on a simple principle (which are magician foolers as well).

Just to name a few, Card in Pocket Coincidence, Observation Test and 18 Card Poker Deal are my favorites.

I take this book as a gem after Dear Mr Fantasy (another OOP book).

If you like this, you should pick up his Subtle Card Creations too. It's his 2nd book after the 'Card Magic of Nick Trost'

Cheers
