hey... does fanning powder work on plastic cards?

Fanning powder does not work on plastic cards.......... use cards like Bicycle (yuck...but hey I use them occasionally), and Tally Ho's. They hold powder very well

also how do you fan plastic cards that dont fan well?

A simple pressure fan will fan almost any deck,
and a side-spring fan (taught in the bible) will fan a plastice deck. Which I don't reccomend using if you're into flourishes OR magic. Burr.
