Hi guys. sorry this took awhile... was caught up with work and all. ^_^ Anyways, it's never too late to say THANK YOU right? Right.
First of, I'd like to thank these 4 awesome fellas - Winder, Yujie, Illusionist & Deckker ...for their help during the show last Friday night. Guys, your help meant a lot, and your efforts didn't go unnoticed - 1,000 Karma points for you! ;)
A BIG thank you to ALL the performers that night as well - Ren, Russ, Kenneth, Chris, Farid, Huron, Kevin, Gordon... you guys did an EXCELLENT job that night. You should feel REAL PROUD of yourselves! :lol: I'm sure your friends and supporters are!
Thank you too - to the judges - Magicdow, Cyngapore & Redefine - thanks for taking time and all to assist in this event, Cynwell- thanks as well for those extra performances that night! Also to iamthewalrus, who has been working hard to do a good write-up for SMC to be featured on the Straits Times next week B)

Last but not least... A BIG THANK YOU to all those who came down and supported us that night! The guest attendence was incredible - over 70 people came, that's almost double of what I'd anticipated! :P
As we had less than a month to fully plan and prepare, we hope to improve more from this first annual event, and possibly bring you an improved one next year! Have a fantasic 2005 everyone! :lol:

Well... I think like magic, you need passion to drive you... I've never been to a magic competition before but well, I think it came off pretty ok for our first try :P

Yeah! We'll be in da news next week, I think it's going be in the IN youth news section, or the YouthINK section. Wow, after attending that night's event, I can't seem to stop praising SMC and feeling darn proud to be a member.
Argh, only one thing left to say now : More SMC Action! (sort of addicted now...) :D
