Recently I've written a post on the thread (2nd page)

Honestly I had no intention to do so and I felt rather offended. Is this how things are supposed to be in a magic forum? Just because I'm a newbie and I gave my comments on what I think of a trick I should be accused of fishing? Can someone tell me whether I was wrong or not? Or maybe I should keep my mouth shut next time? I'm not sulking here or anything. I'm just confused and I wanna know whether there's actually any 'rules' here which is related to my situation. Or perhaps I shouldn't go in and say anything? :o

Locked or not I'm still puzzled as to why some people think my actions are considered fishing. We're all here to discuss about magic, no? Or perhaps it's just because I don't know the trick or I'm new. Imagine yourself in my shoes. I don't think anyone would like it if they're accused of fishing right? Like I said, I'm just trying to understand this new environment here. Now each time I post a comment I have to be careful... :mellow:
SMC is just the strictest magic forum, that's all.
So, yeah, if you don't careful, someone might suspect you for fishing.
If you want a better place to discuss magic, there are way bigger and better forums out there, and they have a special sections only for those who are eligible to post ;)

There is a reason why I locked that thread. Everyone has their own opinion. Some may think you're fishing, others may not. Its our art to be secretive, sometimes we can't blame them as there are individuals who tries to fish by asking cleverly disguised questions.
Shufi has apologised, so let's not make the matter worse. If you still want to carry on with this discussion, please PM the individuals for clarifications.
FYI, there are stricter forums out there.
