2's Prediction

Effect: The magician takes out the four 2's. He lets the spectator shuffles them, then he fans out the cards. The spectator picks a random card.

The magician looks away, as spectator sees that card

He puts the card ANYWHERE he wants in the packet. IMMEDIATELY, the magician hands the packet to the spectator to shuffle it to his hearts content. The magician then displays the 2's on the working surface.

Asks the spectator to concentrate his card, he puts the 2's aside. Magician appears to read the spectator's mind. After a while, the magician names the 2 the spectator picked. [The spectator flips]

And with a kicker ending, the card on the top of the deck. IS THEIR SELECTED 2![B]

Good Points:
-[B]No sleight of hand
-NO FORCING
-Impromptu! [Any time , any where]
-Can be a borrowed deck
-Pretty good angles
-NO gaffed,gimmicked,marked cards or whatever of that sort.
-With 2's, there are no principles you can apply! So spectators will have even less chance to figure out how its done!

Bad Points:
-Can't do more than twice [Aww, c'mon who would show it twice!? Haha]
-People might think, i did a lucky guess.

MORE about this trick

-Ok, i came up to this trick. It was simply when i found out a principle and i used it to made an Ace Prediction trick. Then i later found out, fearson had already came up with it. So i was kinda sad and felt like it was such a waste!

Then i thought of predicting the 2's. Then, this wacky idea came to my mind a while ago! I am quite happy right now, after finding a new method. And the thing i love about my trick is that, u cannot even think of a principle for the 2's! haha.
ok anyways, i will try to make the effect even better. making it even more immpossible looking.

Also, this can be a great opener for mentalism acts or whatever you can think of!

Ok, once again i must declare that. I don't know if anybody came up with this sort of trick. It just a half-sleight thing. haha. thats all i can say.

So the whole effect shortened will be
There are four 2's. The spectator shuffles them, and randomly select one. He looks at what card he picked. Then he puts the card back into the packet and start shuffling. Magician show the four 2's. Then he predicts what card the spectator picked. And the card on top of the deck has always been the card the spectator picked!

sounds like a bloody damn good effect... but it cant be done twice ??? no point lahz lidat.. for example.. the spec u showed to told his fren bout the trick and he ask u to show again.. lidat how ?? no offence.. jus typing wad i think...

When his friend come, show them something new and stronger. Then they will keep asking their friend to come over, and your audience group will grow larger and you will have more fans man. :)

fearson aces! hahaha aniwae it is cool i must say, but the impact is not as gd as other card tricks... like 2 card monte or even trick switch...
